- Heather Properties does the review, inspection, and provides recommendations
5. Pathway
- Customer moves in and enjoys use of the home as-if their own
- Customer responsible for typical maintenance
- Start earning equity
- Mortgage broker works with customer to ultimately secure a mortgage

6. Purchase House
- Works on securing mortgage based on plan
