Jesse Glommen is a Client Consultant with Heather Properties and a key contributor to the creation of the Pathway program. Drawing on his experience as President & CEO of Neighborhood Mortgage, Jesse helped co-design Pathway as a practical, transparent solution for individuals and families navigating non-traditional paths to homeownership—bridging gaps where conventional financing falls short. To date, Jesse has worked with more Pathway clients than anyone on the team, guiding families through rent-to-own and contract-for-deed structures with clarity, integrity, and care. Known for his ability to simplify complex financial decisions and advocate for client success, Jesse brings a steady, values-driven approach that helps turn uncertainty into confident progress toward homeownership.
