Heather Properties was formed to create a better rent-to-own offering for underbanked communities in Minnesota. We discovered there are so many scenarios where a rent-to-own solution solves varying problems.  We consider our product a pathway.  Our Pathway solution focuses on starting with a mortgage broker to find the best solution for you.  We want to make sure working with us is the right choice and you know about all the options, programs, and you have a path to home ownership.  Minority communities can fall through the product/programs provided by banks and non-profits.  Others are seeking a stable home without year to year rent uncertainty.  We play an integral role in has many of the financial benefits of a mortgage and property ownership, like earning equity, appreciation, and long term stability.
